Before You Write
Are donations tax-deductible?
Not at this time. We are in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status. We will notify our community as soon as our tax-exempt status is confirmed. We are grateful for all support in the meantime.
Are your educational resources free?
Yes — all resources we publish are free to access, download, and share. Our mission is to maximize public access to accurate cannabis information, not monetize it.
How can my dispensary partner with you?
We welcome partnerships with cannabis retailers and businesses. Options include staff training, consumer materials, co-branded resources, and event collaboration. Use the contact form and select "Partnership Inquiry."
Does CLP promote cannabis use?
No. We are an education organization, not a cannabis advocacy or promotion group. Our purpose is to ensure that anyone who chooses to interact with cannabis has access to accurate, unbiased information.
